iOS 27 — working

Location simulation is confirmed working on iOS 27 on a real device.

Cellular-only is not supported

Starting a spoof needs Wi-Fi: iOS only runs the developer service Elsewhere uses while the phone is on a local network. This is an Apple limitation, and independent tools hit exactly the same wall.
